This renovation for a Sequoyah Hills home opened up the first floor to increase family entertainment space. Extending the main living area into the attic with a lofted ceiling created volume and height in an otherwise confined space. Covering the existing deck and incorporating a 3-season porch further maximized the gathering space for a significant portion of the year. Responsibilities included drafting construction drawings and details, and creating marketing material with Archicad and Photoshop. Fork Design, 2021-2022.
