This addition to a single-family home in Fountain City included a two-car garage and a 4-season solarium connecting the garage to the existing home. Design challenges included a distinctly sloped site, fledgling design standards for the EN zoning designation, and limitations on accessory structures. My contribution included research into EN design and dimensional standards, translating design sketches into 2D and 3D drawings, and creating assembly details and framing plans to be reviewed by principal.
