RE: PROJECT BLUEBOOK - RECOVERY & ANALYSIS OF PETROZAVODSK OBJECT, USSR. At 0400 on September 20, 1977, a massive, luminous unidentified aerial phenomenon entered Soviet airspace near Petrozavodsk, Russia. The object had the appearance of a jellyfish with “tendrils of radial light beams, like a downpour of rain,” (Int. Lt. ASDJNDSFKJ.). The phenomenon hovered in the sky for fourteen minutes before condensing into a hemisphere and “shooting upward, punching a burning red hole in the clouds.” (Int. Sgt. asdfasdfasdf).
ARTIFACT 00045 was recovered on site by Soviet agents. OSI operatives then acquired 00045 from NETWORK research facilities. 00045 was transported to OSI Black Site in sdaflkjasdf for further study.
